When you submit our contact form, we collect the information you provide directly: your name, email address, and message, plus company name and phone number if you choose to include them. The contact form is currently the only way we collect personal data here.

How we use it

We use this information solely to respond to your inquiry and evaluate whether we're a good fit to work together. We don't sell it, rent it, or use it for advertising, and we don't share it with anyone.

Where it's stored

Submissions are stored in our own database and are visible only to authorized Denzuri personnel through a password-protected admin dashboard.

How long we keep it

We retain contact-form submissions for as long as they're relevant to an actual or potential business relationship. If we haven't engaged with your inquiry and a reasonable amount of time has passed, or if you ask us to delete your information, we will.

Your rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, request a correction, or request deletion at any time by emailing info@denzuri.co.ke. We'll respond promptly.
